Nimbleback Inc. wants to see how The Beam has been incorporated into your busy day.  We want you to show other Canadians just how simple The Beam is to use at home and you will get the chance to be featured with us on The Shopping Channel on March 31st, 2018.

 

It’s easy, all you need to do is:

Release, Relax and Restore on The Beam in your home

1. Get your family member with photo skills to snap a photo of you on The Beam in your home.
2. Email the picture to christa.geddes@nimbleback.com with your name, address and phone number 
3. Include a written testimonial to go with your photo

The Beam is scheduled to be on The Shopping Channel on March 31st,  we want to include photos of our customers using The Beam in the comfort of their own home.  If you haven't had the chance to try The Beam by Nimbleback, there is still time.   The Beam is $39.95 Canadian and can be purchased at nimbleback.com or you can wait until TSC! 

 

By sending a photo to christa.geddes@nimbleback.com, you are providing a media release for the chance to be featured on The Shopping Channel with The Beam by Nimbleback.   Nimbleback may also feature you on their website or social media channels.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before emailing my picture to Nimbleback, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to sending my picture, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.

I grant permission to NIMBLEBACK INC. to use my image (photographs and/or video) and/or my thoughts/ideas/testimonials for use in social media or other forms of marketing including videos, email blasts, recruiting brochures, newsletters, and magazines and to use my image in electronic for including the Nimbleback website or other electronic forms of media. I hereby

waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.

I agree that any and all materials created by or on behalf of Nimbleback that incorporate, in whole or in part, my image (the “Materials”) shall remain the sole and exclusive property of

Nimbleback and that Nimbleback shall retain all intellectual property rights, including, without

limitation, copyright, that exist in the Materials. Further, to the extent that I may have any moral rights in the Materials, I hereby waive all such moral rights in favour of Nimbleback. I acknowledge that Nimbleback’s decision to use my image as set out herein is at Nimbleback’s sole and absolute discretion.

Nimbleback may send you a release to be signed but you accept this release by sending your photo and testimonial through email.
