How many of you actually take breaks at work? I know I am guilty of not stopping. I have one friend who even told me she had to put an alarm on her watch to remind her to drink water and use the washroom!
Todays article is focused on the importance of taking active breaks. I know some of you are thinking that you don't have time! But the truth is, breaks will make you more productive. And all you need to do is take 10 minute active breaks throughout the day.
So this week try to take 10 minutes to stretch or take a walk outside. You could even have a meeting while walking. Your body will thank you and you may find you have better mental clarity too!
